We have been going around car dealerships just checking and having a look around trying to get the best deals that we can... When we first stepped in Nanaimo Mitsubishi I must say that the vibe got me. It was so inviting plus the Agent, Eric was already standing by the door waiting for us... I have been working in the Hospitality industry for 10 years and I must say that their hospitality is Top! They will be with you from the start until after getting your car... We werent supposed to lock a deal with them yet but they got us.... That's how good they are....

After talking with a salesman for days through text messages, I drove from Campbell River to see a specific car. When I got there that salesman had pushed me onto a new guy who was being mentored. The young guy was good, being very straight forward and professional. He told me that, unfortunately, I could not see the car that I had arranged to see, as it was needing some body work that another salesman had not followed through with arranging. He did, however, have two similar vehicles he could show me. As I had driven the two and a half hours to do this, I agreed to see the other vehicles. I asked to see the original and was shown a car with only half of a front bumper. I ended up buying one of the vehicles he had but I paid more than I wanted too, traded in a beautiful and unique Jeep, and made a $3000 deposit. I really felt taken advantage off and, while I was okay with the treatment I received from the new and eager training salesperson, I was not very happy with the original sales person or the manager. I like the car model as much as I thought I would but I am not happy with Nanaimo Mitsubishi.

Excellent Auto dealership. My Wife and I highly recommend this dealership for all your Vehicle needs. This is the 4th New Vehicle we have bought from Nanaimo Mitsubishi since 2020. My Wife and i feel that This is the Best Auto Dealership in Nanaimo, Hands down !! Best Vehicle Warranty, 10 years, in the Auto business . No other Auto dealership can touch this. And the Vehicles are Amazing, so Reliable and High End and Great price. If my Wife and I ever need another vehicle this Mitsubishi dealership is the only place we will come back to. Cannot say Enough Great words for this Auto dealership !!! My Wife and I just upgraded and purchased a new 2024 Eclipse Cross GT, We Love it !!
